These terms govern your use of the CallFelix marketing website and the staff demo dashboard. They do not govern the live CallFelix service used by a community — that use is covered by a separate services agreement between CallFelix and that customer. By using this website or the demo, you agree to these terms.
The demo is for evaluation only
The staff demo dashboard runs on seeded, fictional data and is provided so you can evaluate the product. It is not a live maintenance or emergency line, must not be relied on for any real maintenance or safety situation, and should not be loaded with real resident or health information. In an emergency, call 911.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, the demo, or any related systems or data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except as expressly invited in writing;
- disrupt or overload the service, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it;
- use the site or demo to violate any law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The website, the CallFelix name and brand, the software, and the content we publish are owned by CallFelix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content or software without permission.
No warranty
The website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site or demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallFelix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this website or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Information on this site is provided for general understanding of the product and is not medical, legal, or other professional advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which CallFelix is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For customers, the governing law and dispute-resolution terms for the live service are set out in the applicable services agreement.
